Exactly tuned primary material specifications are a fundamental basis for optimal cold-rolled products, e.g. precision strips. Giebel produces thicknesses from 0,075 mm with narrowly defined tolerances and widths up to 1.040 mm.
They produce their products with state-of-the-art cold-roll technology, can divide them longitudinally into widths of 4 mm and coil them oscillating on completion (stack winding) – one of their core competencies.
In an integrated process they produce their grafted Shinox®Sn and Shinox®Zn strips as well as specially grafted strips (multi-layer grafting) on their high-performance electrolytic zinc-coating and tin-coating lines.
